6:45 – 7:45 a.m. @ Creekside Community Centre
Created specifically for runners, this class will enhance speed, agility, quickness, and movement fluency. Over time, runners can become locked into restricted movement patterns, dulling their natural speed, shortening their stride, and turning them from runners into plodders. The class features sprint drills, jumping, skipping, bounding, crawling, accelerations and decelerations and is recommended for runners of all abilities.
